Dean Stehlik founded Cressida Capital in 2012 after working as a commercial banker for over 10 years both portfolio and secondary market lending capacity. As a Vice President at US Bank, Dean served both an investor and owner-user client base providing financing for all types of commercial real estate across the United States. He also has experience working with several regional California-based banks where he provided both portfolio financing and secondary market financing for commercial real estate investors and businesses.

Mr. Stehlik began his career as a Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Financial Services Group where he worked with Fortune 500 clients including Charles Schwab and BAX Global.

Mr. Stehlik earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with from San Diego State University and his Masters of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
