Phil Morse began working with Cressida Capital in 2014 in congruence with being licensed as a
Realtor in Florida with the largest real estate agency in South Florida for 3 years. His primary
focus has been working with investors in the development of assisted living facilities,
commercial high rise, and owner operated apartment building. He later become the VP of the
Southeast Region of the US for Cressida Capital where he has developed key investor relations
in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area and provided financing through Cressida as a vital resource
for investors who needed financing outside of bank restrictions. He also has experience working
in the real estate market as a wholesale investor and finding vacant and distressed properties
with motivated sellers in both residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Morse began his career running a nonprofit that developed and educated emerging artists to
help them discover their talents in music and facilitated putting together major events where
new talent performed with major artists on stage. He also developed and ran a community arts
center in Boston as an Executive Director/Music Director.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of
Music in Boston.
